Surveys are a really useful resource in gathering communication and feedback from your company. Here are two you might try: 1. The Employee Net Promoter Score Start with the question “How likely are you to recommend your friend or colleague work for your organization?” then allow them space to expand on why they choose a particular answer. 2. The Fulfillment Survey Ask three basic questions: • Do you love the work that you do? • Do you believe that the work you do matters? • Can you see the impact your work is having? If an employee can answer affirmatively to all three of those questions, it’s likely they’re in a good spot and going to do great work. Try implementing these monthly and yearly. Surveys may not give you all the specific info you need, but they’re an effective tool in gathering general information from your team on the direction your company needs to go. |
