| Video Discription | The treatment in medical and dental sciences is governed by the cause to manage pain in the front teeth it is important to identify the cause. The pain in the front teeth can be because of deep decay of the tooth, or it is because of fracture of the tooth, trauma or infection of gums wherein the abscess may form in the apex of the root or few other reasons. Small decay in the teeth may not cause any pain in the tooth. but if the decay is deep, such teeth will pain tremendously and may go for a root canal treatment followed by crown on top of it, in case of trauma, or fracture of the tooth, it depends on where the site of fracture is. If the fracture is on the visible portion of the tooth, it can always go in for a root canal treatment and crown on top of it.
