| Video Discription | Tension headache is nothing but the contraction of muscles in the back, neck and the scalp, contraction occurs due to many things. The neck and the Scalp can go in to contraction due to anxiety, Strain or it could be due to the position which the person can keep his head for a longer period. If the person is sitting for a longer period in one Posture then it can give rise to tension headache. As you see with many of people that stress and anxiety could lead to tension headache. It is just the dull aching pain in the head through out the day it could be for days or over a period of time. Which is cute Exacerbation of chronic problem. Headache could be for short period or for long period. Remind that tension headache is not associated with vomiting. In migraine, it is always associated with vomiting, here it is just dull aching pain in the head, mainly due to contraction of the neck muscles and scalp muscles.
