It is essentially a Tequila Old Fashioned with some Mezcal Thrown in for good measure. It is a simple cocktail to make but very complex in its flavor. The combination of Reposado Tequila, Smoky Mezcal and Agave Syrup really make for a wonderful combination. This cocktail has exploded in popularity over the last decade since or so and today can be found on menu's across the world. It is a cocktail that has cemented its place in cocktail history and lore.
