| Video Discription | Gandhi maidan, a legendary field spread over 66 acres of land, was also know as Patna lawn or Bankipore lawn at the time of its foundation. Earlier this used to be a place of fun and golf for Britishers and after freedom it turned as to be a witness of hundred of different political and state sponsered function. It also witnessed The legendary Jai Prakash Narayan protest which had gathered highest number of protestants ever in the history of world politics. This maidan is situated exactly at the centre of the capital city Patna and hence surrounded by famous building. Walking along its circumference you will find many tourists places like Golghar, Gandhi meseum, Gyan Bhawan, Science Center, Biscomaun Bhawan, S.K memorial including DM and SSP office. you will also find 3 star hotel Maurya and other hotels like panache and Gargi grand around its circumference. Inside the Gandhi maidan you will find kids playing all the sports, students preparing for exams and group study and also few beautiful couples. It also has open gym and children's park inside it.
