| Video Discription | This action thriller features the track "Rise" by Craig Armstrong over its opening titles. However, the composer of the film's score, Graeme Revell, wrote an original main titles cue that paid homage to Armstrong's music that went unused in the final cut. Lost Scores has thus reconstructed The Negotiator's title sequence; removing Armstrong's music and restoring Revell's original cue in order to give an idea of how the film might have played had "Rise" not been used. The use of media materials is protected by the Fair Use Clause of the U.S. Copyright Act of 1976, which allows for the rebroadcast of copyrighted materials for the purposes of commentary, criticism, and education. |
