At the voting booth we already see the impact of a new, multi-cultural generation of Americans entering the political sphere with racial minorities accounting for a greater share of the vote in each presidential election over the past two decades. With profound impact on who’s elected at all levels of government and the public policy issues at play, both Democrats and Republicans are trying to determine how best to appeal to this growing share of new political participants. Join the IOP to discuss America’s changing racial and cultural identity with a panel of leading experts in demography and electoral politics.
