Place the butter in a pan on the stove and melt it over low heat. Add the diced tomatoes to the heated butter and cook until the tomatoes release their juices. Break the eggs into a suitable bowl, add salt, and whisk the eggs thoroughly using a whisk. Gently pour the beaten eggs over the cooked tomatoes. Add the diced feta cheese, and then add a bit of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the eggs. Allow the omelet to cook for about 1-2 minutes. While cooking, be careful not to set the heat too high.
