Especially when I was so full of anxiety and felt misunderstood by everyone. Especially when I felt ashamed and unloveable. I never thought I’d be teaching people what I believed and wanted to share for so long. I always wanted to love myself and help others love themselves. I always felt so alone, but now I don’t. You don’t have to either. It is so possible for you. It is your truth. It is your birthright. I know you. I see you and I am with you. You are writing your story. You are learning your lessons.
