Dr. Rich uses Opalescence whitening gel by Ultradent in the video but the technique will work for other brands of tooth bleaching gel as well. He shows how to load bleaching gel into the custom bleaching trays, how to insert the trays into your mouth, and how to clean the whitening trays after you are done using them.
