| Video Discription | Stage #1 Loads out 3X12 rifle 3X7 pistol On the call fo “go” Athletes will run to the axel bar, it is the teams decision whether one or both teammates will bring the axle bar back to the starting line, ground the bar, and proceed back to the original barbell location. Bar must be in the front rack position. If one athletes brings the bar down, only one athlete can return it to the starting line. One trip earns one athlete a firing sequence. Athlete will engage rifle target first with 12 rounds. After the rifle is empty weapon will be shown safe and slung. Athlete will draw pistol and engage pistol with 7 rounds, then show clear and holster. Teams must complete this iteration 6 total time, each athlete will shoot three times and must alternate. |
