In this quick tutorial, you’ll learn how to make the most of your NEC SL2100 handset. ------ Transferring a call with your Techwell phone system is really simple. - Whilst on a call, press transfer. - Dial the extension number, or zero, followed by the external number, or you can simply press the OneTouch key. - When the line is picked up, you can announce the caller and then hang up to complete the transfer. - Alternately if the extension number does not pick up or does not want to take the call, you can press the line key to get the caller back.
