The spicy, sour and intense flavor of this curry is highly pleasing for the palate.The curry tastes best the day after it is prepared ,and even better the following days. So don’t miss to try this ! Happy Cooking ! Ingredients : 600 gms Tuna Fish (dark meat tuna, cleaned & washed 3 times, cut into desired pieces) 2 to 3 nos. Garcinia Cambogia or Kudampuli (Fish Tamarind)- washed well before soaking Lukewarm Water 2 tbsp Coconut Oil 1 tsp Mustard Oil ½ tsp Fenugreek Seeds (Methi Seeds) 2 tbsp (25 gms) Ginger (finely chopped) 2.5 tbsp (30 gms) Garlic (finely chopped) 2 sprigs Curry Leaves 5 nos.
