| Video Discription | A scene from the second version of the show, and probably the best/worst change. This was meant to replace the controversial Deeply Furious "Shoe Song" and the much-reviled supervillain fashion show while also giving the Green Goblin more stage time. This is the only song added for the second version of the musical. In this scene, Norman Osborn hallucinates about his dead wife and freak students coming to his lab (earlier in the play he blames the students of the field trip for stealing his spider). On the one hand, it's entertaining in the sense of "what the heck is going on?" On the other hand, it feels like something out of Batman and Robin. It should also be noted the sets for the supervillain fashion show from 1.0 were recycled here, while the lyrics "A freak like me needs company" were inspired by the ones from Deeply Furious. This is also the first scene with the Sinister Six. This is my third re-upload. The others have sound issues. |
