| Video Discription | This will be our 13th year participating in this wonderful, yet grueling event. We have experienced many milestones in the past twelve years. For the past six or seven years, we have had the largest team competing. With a total of 44 team members this year, we will again be the largest team competing. Most importantly, we have raised over $149,000 in that time. This event is a fundraiser first, and a physical challenge second. We would love for you to support our department. Your tax deductible donation helps in the fight against blood cancers. The Scott Firefighter Stairclimb is a race up the Columbia Center in downtown Seattle. Our department will be running up 69 flights of stairs in full fire gear and SCBA. While we welcome the challenge, we are doing this to fight blood cancers. All proceeds benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. |
