| Video Discription | Here’s a quick review of the U Tropicana Resort & Spa, Alibaug (@tropicanaalibaug). We found it to be a perfect weekend getaway from Mumbai with its beautiful surroundings and good safety measures. Our temperature was checked at the entrance, and our car and luggage was sanitised. With a quick check-in process, the reception desk had separate trays for sanitised and used key cards and pens. The staff made sure all guests sanitised our hands as well as shoes when entering the lobby. All rooms is the villa were sanitised before the guests entered. The villa had a private pool which was cleaned and could be used by guests. Since only in-room dining was available at the resort, we were provided with the menu on WhatsApp during checkin. The serving staff were very careful while handling food and wore gloves and masks at all times. Of course, as per government norms, the recreational activities like swimming pool, indoor games and the spa was not yet operational.
