Use this drill to help your players move together as a team, press the ball high (and effectively), and create overloads in possession.
This drill is super simple, just a 20 x 20 yard area with four goals. The half way line can be marked out with cones, so the players know the area they must go in to score.
The goal of the drill is for the teams to score - but it only counts if all of the attacking players are in the opponents half!
