Not included: unfurnished, washer & dryer (has coinematic machines downstairs 2.25 CAD$ per one wash or dry), parking (pay 50 CAD$ per month). Policies: non-smoking, pet policy, only four years (can apply for another family housing later if your study more than 4yrs), pay security deposit beforehand (half of the rent), Apply before several months.
