Their specialties are their biryanis or rather, their pulaos, of which they make 18 varieties! And each of them has its own unique flavour and character. Food Lovers' Editor, Kripal Amanna joins Ravitej Ravuri of StreetByte on an epic pulao tasting session. He tastes a couple of unconventional starters namely, the Bamboo Chicken, an appetiser of chicken cooked in a bamboo stalk in a tandoor, and the Bangla Kodi. From their wide menu of pulaos, he tries the unique Raju Gari Pulao, a vegetarian Guthivankaya Pulao with eggplant, as well as the Rayala Vary Kodi Pulao with gongura leaves. He rounds off the meal with an indulgent rose milk and a sweet pudding called Junnu made from colostrum.
