| Video Discription | After being specifically called out by ATF in the Open Letter ATF sent to all FFLs regarding unfinished frames and receivers, Polymer80 files a federal lawsuit against ATF in the Northern District of Texas. The U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, recently ruled that ATF's Final Rule regarding bump stocks being defined as machineguns was unlawful. Polymer80's argument very much mirrors the same arguments that were made in the bump stock case, so Polymer80 should have a favorable ruling in the Northern District of Texas. If for some reason the Northern District of Texas court rules against Polymer80, the next step would be to appeal that decision to the U.S. District Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, which based on their order in the bump stock ban case, surely would find in Polymer80's favor.
