It took a while, but United 787-8 business class is something worth trying. United has slowly been upgrading their 787-8s with the Polaris business class cabin over the past year or so, and I’m happy to report that it’s nothing short of fantastic. Sure, there are some things that aren’t perfect about it (as you’ll see in this video), but all in all it’s a very competitive business class seat. This is footage from UA424, nonstop service from Washington DC (IAD) to San Francisco (SFO) in October 2021.
