| Video Discription | Today we're sharing our most recent update about the brand new homes and neighborhoods located just west of Magic Mountain here in Valencia, CA. This video is presented compliments of your local realtors and brokers, Matt & Meray Gregory of the Gregory Real Estate Group. Also referred to a Mission Village or Valencia FivePoint, according to records it's still unclear what this community will be named, but it's geographically located in Valencia of Santa Clarita. The community consists of a variety of subdivisions and homes. There are many two and three story condos or attached and detached homes, many of which are 3 stories. There are also the 2 story models and of course, all the main interior living space is of the open floor plan variety. There are very few homes with hards and most have a small patio and/or balcony. The largest homes are in the new Skylar subdivision. There are also some unique homes built by Richmond America in the Redmond community. Yes, there are many more attached and detached condos than traditional single family homes, and the only real down side is a lack of elbow room. We must say, the amenities are terrific, especially the main recreation area called Confluence Park. There are a number of smaller park areas scattered throughout the neighborhoods. If you're interested in buying a home here or in any new development, it's best to have your own realtor represent you. Why? Otherwise you will be represented by the very same folks selling you the home! Be sure to take us or your agent with you on your first visit, otherwise you'll be stuck with the seller's agent.
