A zameendar makes his employee Satya Rao as Trustee for his factory and assets until his son becomes major. This irks zameendar's younger brother, Bhujangam (Rao Gopal Rao). That night zameendar is brutally murdered. Satya Rao's neice Janaki (Vanisri) becomes an orphan after her mother's death but Satya Rao refuses to help that kid.
