| Video Discription | Fugias are the traditional food of Vasai. They are balloon-shaped fermented fried bread that is made on special occasions like festivals and weddings. Fugias can also be made without eggs, (you can skip eggs if you are vegetarian). Vadval, Valkar and Kupari Culture - all three communities enjoy the taste of fugias during the special occasions. Ingredients 1 kg Maida(all-purpose flour) 4 small spoon sugar 3 small spoon cornflour 4 small spoon rice flour 2 eggs butter 2 spoons 1/2 spoon dry yeast salt as per taste warm water (3 big glass) फुगे हे वसईचे पारंपारिक खाद्यपदार्थ आहे. वसई मध्ये कुठलाही सोहळा असो मग तो चर्चचा सण असो किवा एखादा लग्नाचा सोहळा असो, लोकं अगदी आवडीने फुगे बनवतात आणि खातात. साहित्य : मैदा १ किलो साखर ४ चमचे कॉर्न्फ्लोवेर ३ चमचे तांदळाचे पीठ ४ चमचे अंडी २ बटर २ चमचे ड्राय इस्ट १/२ चमचा मीठ चवीनुसार गरम पाणी पीठ मळण्यासाठी (साधारण ३ मोठे पेले) |
