Mr. Serge Simard, has been the region’s coordinator for the last five years. Speaking during his farewell ceremony at the Fairmont hotel Nairobi, he expressed his joy at the hospitality and the rich culture exhibited by the people of east Africa and particularly Kenya where he was based. His colleagues praised him for his hard work saying the hotel management would lose a very valuable team leader.
