Forecasts suggest 150 million Americans will cast their ballots in 2020 even during the coronavirus pandemic. Those numbers are helped along by states expanding voter access and mail-in voting and we've watched as those early voting totals continue to shatter predictions. So who does all this help? According to election watchers, a lot of early voting is done by Democrats. But that doesn't mean a landslide for former Vice President Biden. Republicans predict their voters will show up in force on Election Day, which has been the case historically. There was also a surge in voter turnout in 2018, and while that helped Democrats in the House, it helped Republicans in the Senate.
