This video walks you through everything you need to know to take the Saline Gargle PCR COVID-19 test, from prepping for your visit to actually performing the Saline Gargle test. Twist the top off the saline packet like youโre turning a key, then lower your mask. Squeeze all of the saline into your mouth. Replace your mask and discard the empty saline packet. ๐ฆ๐๐ฒ๐ฝ ๐ฎ: ๐ฆ๐๐ถ๐๐ต ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ด๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ด๐น๐ฒ. Swish the saline around your mouth for 5 seconds. Tilt your head back and gargle for 10 seconds. *๐๐๐ฉ๐๐๐ญ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฅ๐ ๐ ๐ญ๐ข๐ฆ๐๐ฌ.* ๐ฆ๐๐ฒ๐ฝ ๐ฏ: ๐ฆ๐ฝ๐ถ๐. Lower your mask and gently spit the saline into the funnel. Replace your mask. ๐ฆ๐๐ฒ๐ฝ ๐ฐ: ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ป ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ณ๐๐ป๐ป๐ฒ๐น.
