The Village Stompers was an American dixieland jazz group that hailed from Greenwich Village in New York City. An early incarnation of the group consisted of Dick Brady, Don Coates, Ralph Casale, Frank Hubbell, Lenny Pogan, Al McManus, Mitchell May, and Joe Muranyi. "Washington Square" was their first and biggest hit.
