It is also important to ensure that anything you're putting together around the fire pot is installed correctly. One thing I noticed during the burn-off is how much smoke does the Weber Stealth produce. This goes the same for every next cook I did since the initial start-up. I cooked on this pit 7 times before cleaning it. And while there was some build-up, I was happy to see that the grease ports never closed up. The overall cleaning process is the same as with any other pellet grill. The only difference is that with Weber Stealth you have a lot more separate pieces to take out and clean. With over 1000 sq. inches of cooking space, you can easily cook for a big family or host a BBQ party. Plus, there's an option to add some Weber-crafted grillware such as a wok or a pizza stone in case you want to expand the cooking possibilities of this pit. The controller features both Bluetooth and WiFi, so you don't have to babysit your food. Instead, use the app to control the temperature or set a timer. There are a few things that I wish Weber made differently on this pellet grill. For instance, the pellet hopper could be wider, as it was a bit tricky to maneuver around the back of the grill to fill the hopper. I also think the top rack could be a little wider to be able to put a brisket on it and a drip pan underneath. Overall, if you do a lot of grilling but also want to get into smoking, Weber Smoke Fire Stealth Edition can be the answer.
