| Video Discription | This is a repair video to replace the shift actuator on a Whirlpool top load washing machine - Whirlpool Model WTW4950XW3. For months my washing machine would intermittently leave the clothes soaking wet after a wash cycle. It was weird, sometimes the spin cycle would work and sometimes it would not. I could manually run the spin cycle and the clothes would spin. The lid would lock and unlock like it's supposed to during running. Turns out the shift actuator was going out. And eventually went out completely. I hope this video is helpful to you.
