| Video Discription | Albany's Historic Whaling Station,The Cheynes Whaling Company, opened in 1953 to 1978,it is the last Whaling Station to close in Australia, and is the most intact Whaling Station open to the public as a museum. Very interesting place but also sad,I did film the photos of the whales being processed but I won't be showing them in the video, you can probably imagine the scene. But I did have a good look around the Station. Whaling was a major industry in Australia, along with wool and the gold rush. So glad most of the world have stopped Whaling.
