Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Mix warm water and yeast together. Stir in the sugar and let mixture sit for 3 minutes. 3. Add the salt and oil and mix. Add the flour and mix until a dough is formed. 4. Place on a floured surface and knead until a soft ball is formed. Cut in half to form two balls. 5. Lightly oil both crusts and cover with a towel and let it rise for 10-15 minutes. 6. Grease 2 pizza pans or baking sheet and flatten crust on to each. You may need to lightly grease or flour your hands so the dough doesn't stick to your hands. 7. Top with your favorite toppings and bake at 450 degrees for 12 minutes or to your liking. |
