The two types explained in this video are single contact/throw as used when modifying and adding spotlights etc. and the second type is a double throw/change relay quite often found in headlight circuits. A good piece of knowledge to have when electrical fault finding on cars and trucks electrical systems, as if you know how it works then you can understand when it doesn't work.
