| Video Discription | Hello All! Here, Shane, our Curator, tells the little story from way back in 2020 of winning a World War II Ensign that flew on USS The Sullivans in early, 1945. The flag came up for auction, and though Shane and the rest of the crew were COVID furloughed, he secured the winning bid from Heritage Auctions down in Texas. Hope you enjoy this video, and the flag will be displayed in the Sullivans Memorial Compartment on the tour route so this authentic piece of World War II history can be shared and enjoyed by all!
