On November 22, 1963, he viewed the Presidential motorcade from the roof of his building. In this interview with Mark Lane, Mr. Price says that he believed the shots to come from the area behind the picket fence where the fence joined the overpass and claims to have seen a man running in the area behind the fence toward the rear of the TSBD. |
