The unveiling Wednesday of a colorful and inspirational mural inside the Cheltenham Youth Detention Center. It is the work of artist Kay Lee, commissioned by Cheltenham Superintendent Christian Munoz and assisted by a handful of juvenile detainees. “It reminded me when I was little I used to draw a lot,” said one 16-year-old.
