Legend says Shad knew how to ride a horse before he knew how to walk. As a young boy, Shad always looked up to his father, a rodeo icon and a two-time National Finals Rodeo qualifier himself in 1985 and 1987. With the competitive spirit brewing in his blood, Shad grew up in a ranching family with a rope always in hand. This year, the 20-year-old tie-down roper enters the NFR arena for the second year in a row with one thing on his mind and Twisted X® on his feet. |
