Mihee Lucia Choe came into the police station to file a report against a man, who she claims was harassing her. The video shows an officer telling her they are not receiving more reports from her. Mihee then allegedly said “Okay let’s put me under arrest,” before standing up and pushing the officer. Mihee filed a lawsuit against two Mount Prospect officers, alleging they violated her rights on more than one occasion in the past two years.
