| Video Discription | Chakera Holcomb is amazing to coach & program. Working with her and DJ is great. She is quickly rising as lb for lb one of the strongest women of all time. She has done this with less that 2 years in the sport. Her 1st meet SPF Merry Gainzmaz- squat 501, bench 303, and deadlift 523.7-total 1327 @ 181 2nd meet Texas state meet- squat-521, bench 319, and deadlift 562 total-1405 @197 3rd USPA Nationals-bombed I started working with Chakera after she bombed at USPA NATIONALS. 4th meet Boss of bosses 3- squat 567, bench 319, and deadlift 552-total 1427 @194. I've always wanted to coach one of the all time greatest lifters. In time if things keep going as planned I'm sure she will be.
