| Video Discription | Customer goes ballistic on my because there was a tiny little piece of plastic in her Blu Ray case and it wouldn't shup properly. She tried to extort a partial refund with Negative feedback. I told her to return it. I didn't do partial refunds. Here is what happened. I can not stress enough here messages where huge paragraphs... I mean HUGE ! I have been a full time seller for over 25 years.. I had 100 percent positive feedback util last week. I guess a card didn't arrive in gem mint condition and they just gave me a negative instead of asking if I had another one to send. I am sure it was a $5 I got a negative on. I strive to have great customer service. You are not in business for the long haul if you don't treat your customers right.
