| Video Discription | Paati, a fervent apostle of gender equality states the need of an emergent phenomenon of growing flexibility and changes in the gender roles. She patronises switching roles to accommodate the social or professional pressures across all the genders. Paati is an avid Gender Researcher, Activist and Consultant. She works towards Gender Sensitisation and Intersectionality with an aim of equal space and opportunities. She holds a Master's in Gender Studies from Ambedkar University, Delhi. She believes, gender is a part of every human being and not an issue. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
