Step 1 Beef with Nalli 1.5 kg onion.200g tomato.200g green chilli.4 salt to taste 1 tbl spn water 1 ltr step 2 oil/ghee.125ml ginger garlic paste 1 tbl spn red chilli powder 1 tbl spn chilli flake 1/2 tbl spn beef stock (yakhni) 3 glass 750ml cheakpeas stock (channay wala pani) 1 glass 250ml Normal water.......2 glass 500ml boiled and tender beef....... 1.5 kg boiled and tender cheakpeas.....300g Raisin.....200g garam masala powder...... 1 tea spn black paper......1 tea spn soaked rice for 6 hours 1121 sella rice 1 kg make this traditional peshawari mewa channa zaiqa chawal at home and enjoy with your beloved family and remember us in your pray.
