| Video Discription | #5 Minute Paneer Sabji #Restaurant Style Ingredients Paneer/Cottage Cheese cubes - 200 grams Onion - 1 diced Tomato - 2, finely chopped Ginger - 1/2 - inch piece, finely chopped Green chilli - 1, finely chopped Malai/Homemade Cream - 1/4 cup Milk - 1/2 cup Red Chilli powder - 1/2 Teaspoon or to taste Turmeric powder - 1/4 Teaspoon Roasted Cumin/Jeera Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon Coriander powder - 1 Teaspoon Salt - to taste Instructions 1. Heat 2 teaspoon of oil in a pan. 2. Sauté cumin seeds, finely chopped ginger, and green chilli for a few seconds. 3. Then, add finely chopped tomato and salt. Mix well, cover, and cook until tomato turns soft. 4. Meanwhile, heat 1 teaspoon oil in another pan. Sauté diced onion and paneer cubes. Once done, turn off the flame. 5. Once the tomatoes turn mushy, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and coriander powder. Mix well. Cover and cook. 6. Add beaten homemade cream/malai and milk. Mix well. 7. Crush the kasuri methi between the palms and add to the pan. Mix well and bring the sabzi to boil. 8. Add sautéed salt, onion and paneer cubes. Mix well, and cook for a minute. Garnish the sabzi with coriander leaves and turn off the flame. 9.
