Suji /Rava /Samolina -1 cup 2. Curd - 1/2cup 3. Black pepper - 1/4ts 4. Salt to taste 5. Water - 3/4cup 6. Onion - 1 7. Capsicum - 1/2 8. Tomato - 1 9. Garlic paste - 1ts 10. Ginger paste - 1ts 11. Green chilli - 1/2ts 12. Jeera (Cumin) - 1ts 13. Corriander - 1tb 14. Oil Method... Take Sooji /Rava in a bowl ,add Curd, Black pepper, Salt to taste and mix it...add Water 1/4cup mix.. Then add Onion, Capsicum, Tomato, Garlic paste, Ginger paste , Green chilli, Jeera and mix it add 1/2cup of water and mix nicely ... make semi thick batter. cover and keep it for 5min... add Corriander mix... batter is ready.. Heat a appe pan grease with oil, keep flame in medium to low, pour the batter ,sprinkle some oil drop over the appe and cook for 1-1 min.for both side…suji /Rava Appe is ready... If do not have aape pan…Then Heat a pan grease with oil, keep flame in medium to low ,then pour batter and make small small size pancakes , apply some oil over it and cook both side for 1-1min. smal small Sooji pancakes or sooji uttapam is ready.... |
