Jalebi batter is usually made by fermenting maida + curd overnight which gives it a characteristic tang and causes the jalebis to fluff up nicely while frying. I have been making jalebis at home for Dussehra for 2-3 years and everyone loves it. Nothing can beat homemade goodness! Am I right? In my video, I will guide you in making INSTANT Jalebi's that stay crispy for a long time at home. It literally needs no prep time and it's free from artificial colors. They taste just like Halwai style jalebis. It is a quick and easy recipe with stellar results.
