Chapdi Undhiyu Rajkot Street food recipe consists of crunchy chapdi and the traditional Gujarati Undhiyu recipe. Coarse Wheat Flour | भाखरी का आटा
Wheat Flour | गेहूं का आटा - 2 cup
Rawa | रावा - 1/4 cup
Oil | तेल - 1/4 cup
Til | टिल - 1 tbsp
Sall To Taste | नमक स्वादअनुसार
Cumin | जीरा - 1 tbsp
Warm Water As Required | गरम पानी आवश्यकतानुसार
Tawo | तावो
Tomato | टमाटर - 2 Small
Onion | प्याज - 2 Small
Garlic | लहसुन - 5-6
Ginger | अदरक - 1 inch
Green Chilli | हरी मिर्च - 2-3
Coriander | धनिया
Oil | तेल - 1/4 cup
Cumin | जीरा - 1 tsp
Hing | हिंग - 1/2 tsp
Bay Leaf | तेज पत्ता - 2
Star anise | चक्र फूल - 1
Cinnamon | दालचीनी - 1
Tomato Onion Paste | टमाटर प्याज का पेस्ट
Potato | आलू - 1/2 cup
Cabbage | गोभी - 1/2 cup
Cauliflower | फूलगोभी - 1/2 cup
Cluster Beans | गँवार फली - 1/4 cup
Flat Beans | वालोर पपडी - 1/4 cup
Val Papdi Beans | वैल पपड़ी बीन्स - 1/4 cup
Brinjal | बैंगन - 1/2 cup
Green Chick Peas | हरे चने - 1/4 cup
Peas | मटर - 1/4 cup
Pigeon Peas | तूअर दाना - 1/4 cup
Carrot | गाजर - 1/4 cup
Red Chilli Powder | लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 2 tbsp
Salt To Taste | नमक स्वादअनुसार
Coriander Powder | धनिया पाउडर - 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder | जीरा पाउडर - 1 tbsp
Garam Masala | गरम मसाला - 1 tsp
Methi Muthiya | मेथी मुठिया
Oil - 1/4 cup
Besan - 1 cup
