| Video Discription | This is a 63 minute long 'new beginning and positive change' deep healing first-person sleep story meditation sleep hypnosis with meditation music that continues on after the meditation finishes which can aid drifting asleep following the end of the meditation. You can use this as a deep sleep meditation like my usual sleep stories, or during the day time in your daily meditation practice. This meditation guides you through a four seasons therapeutic process, followed by a process of relaxing in a cabin, drifting into a reverie of being on a train travelling along a coastline, then relaxing on a beach, drifting into a dream, in the dream, descending a staircase to a room of nothingness and on to working with a monk in a monastery.
