Chicken Chinthamani is best to eat along with rice, idly or dosa #ChickenChinthamaniRecipe#சிக்கன்சிந்தாமணி#ChinthamaniChicken Chicken Chinthamani Recipe: Chicken - 300 gm Oil - 2 tbsp Fennel Seeds - 1/2 tsp Dried Red Chilli (deseeded) - 6nos Curry Leaves Water Salt - To Taste Turmeric - ½ tsp Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Pepper Powder Cooking Instructions: 1. Wash the chicken with of turmeric and salt. 2. Heat a pan or a pot. Add Oil. 3. Add fennel seeds and let it splutter. 4. Add chopped onion and red chilli. Cook until turn golden brown. 5. Add the curry leaves. 6. Add the cleaned and washed chicken. Saute for 2 mins. 7. Add 2 cups of water 8. Add ½ tsp turmeric powder and salt to taste. 9. Cook till the water evaporated and the gravy coats the chicken. 10. Add coriander leaves and remove from heat. 11. Serve hot with Rice/Idly/Dosa. |
