| Video Discription | 酸菜素包子製作方法請點網址: https://youtu.be/AzGQyhogZLk 主材料: 中筋麵粉 1000克 酵母粉 10克 糖 1大匙 35~40溫水 500cc 作法: 35~40度溫水500cc 加入糖.酵母粉拌均靜置5~10分鐘 觀看酵母活動表面起泡沫即可 沒起泡沫代表酵母失效不能使用 將完成的酵母水分次倒入麵粉中 濕度均勻開始揉製 揉至麵感均勻細緻 蓋上蓋子防止風乾 發酵40分鐘左右 天冷時間加長 觀看膨脹2倍大即成 發酵完成取出再次揉均將氣泡揉出 即可製作各式的種類包子.饅頭.割包 Preparation: All purpose flour 1000g yeast 10g sugar 1T water 500cc (35~40°C) make: water 500cc+sugar+yeast Stir well wait 5~10 minutes Watch the yeast foam Finished yeast water+flour mix well knead evenly Cover with cling film to prevent drying Fermentation for 40 minuta Expanded twice as large complete |
