In this video, Dr. Joe talked about how to choose the right pillow. It’s a very difficult task because there are so many factors to consider depending on your neck condition, the way you sleep, what kind of materials you like… etc. Dr. Joe will demonstrate effective exercises, for improving your sleep, and feeling refreshed the next day!
